Pathetic Service

I have never delt with such a useless service provider. This company may have some awesome fibre deals but their service is far from awesome. If you have a problem you can not contact any person everything is via a bot or chat which is apparently live but takes hours to even connect to any agent to chat to. I was moving house and the service I had no longer suited my needs so I requested to cancel. This all started in March of this year and to date I am still being billed for a service I no longer have. I have now been waiting for over 3 hours this morning on the Webafrica's WhatsApp Live chat to be put through to an agent to help me with this. Don't use this company they are shocking on service!!!
