Pathetic service

Unbelievably pathetic service. I signed up recently and have been waiting for over a week for the router to be delivered. I have tried to call but wait for hours before the call just gets cut off with a message that no consultant is available. I have tried to email, but responses are slow and never address the issue. Emails are also sent from a "no-reply" account.

All calls and emails point the customer to a Whatsapp number. The Whatsapp line is beyond useless! No one answers the phone, and email support tickets just gets closed with no help what so ever!! I have asked to be phoned back via again, whatsapp, email and phone and nothing happens, this is absolutely unacceptable to treat your clients this way!!

I have been billed for the month of August and cannot use this service since I have not yet received my router. Their website states that the router will be received in two days, but may take up to 5 days due to Covid. Today marks Day 7.

Pathetic service. Do yourselves a favour and use another ISP.
