Pathetic service

I submitted my application and Webafrica debited my account on the 25th February. It's close if business today 27th February and they are still telling me they can't trace my payment!! I have been to every departurment giving them bank statements as proof and they still say the money isn't reflecting. I called my Bank and they confirmed the money did leave my account via debit order.
