PATHETIC SERVICE
Its Almost 24 HOURS, and we cant FTP into our accounts. First i spoke to Ishrat, then he put me over onto another consultant, who confirmed that there was an issue with the FTP servers and that the engineers are working on it, 24 HOURS LATER, no feedback, no reply to tickets (Ticket ID: ***)...nix...nada!!

Apologies for the frustration caused by this issue.
I've taken a look at the ticket number in question and our guys have reset the password for the FTP account and they've tested your account on different connections and it's working on our side. If you are still unable to connect even after this, the issue could be related to the firewall settings (internet connection) or anti-virus blocking your connection.
If you pick up any issues, please contact our Hosting team on *** or inform them of a suitable time to contact you so we can resolve your query.
