PATHETIC SERVICE

If I could rate them any lower, I would. I've been struggling to update my debit order details nd their Whatsapp platform is just useless. You get put on hold forever or the agents abandon the chats, nd of course you can't speak to anyone because the IVR, redirects to the same useless Whatsapp platform. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!
