PATHETIC SERVICE

The service at Webafrica is pathetic. Takes hours to get assistance on their watsapp helpline platform. Communication with the agents on the watsapp platform is extremely slow. I suspect they understaffed and manage multiple faults concurrently with prescribed responses , which is very frustrating. Line down since 14th November and to date no assistance. Fault log174002. Webafrica as over sold themselves, and have a NON existent support system. DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA TO MANAGE YOUR LINE.
