Pathetic Service !!!

Pathetic service from Vumatel and Webafrica! We cancelled our service with WebAfrica on 18 March with active cancellation date 1 May and have been trying since to get the line released to our new service provider. Despite numerous phone calls, e-mails and whatsapp messages to Vumatel and Webafrica we still have no feed-back. The make promises to phone you back and just dont. You are supposed to send the old router back otherwise they bill you and we still could not get an address out of them to send it back. This is the WORST Internet Service Provider I have ever worked with!!! I will never recommend this company again!
