Pathetic post sales service

Absolutely ridiculous service. I've been trying to get through and get assistance since Friday. Its Monday now. WhatsApp service is a joke. Nobody calls me back. Sales desk puts you through to service desk that then just drops the call. In the mean time I'm without service...
