Pathetic, poor service. Why couldn't the guy who came this morning install everything once

I'm quite disappointed with WebAfrica, been waiting for a them to come install my Metro fibre since 2 weeks ago and guess what they sent some guy to install ONTP and he told me there is another step and another step and on the chats I had with them they only confirmed that once they send a Technician onsite everything with be done one day. I'd like to expose them for their pathetic, poor service and why they couldn't do everything once when this Technician came home I'm gonna expose them on Twitter and facebook this is too much and their reviews are ****ty because of their poor service.

I'm reporting them now on HelloPeter can you guys come today and install everything ng all at once rather than doing step by step I have other things to do. I need to travel out of town but now I've postponing my vacation because of you
