PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC !!! Stay away and get another service. Spare yourself the frustration and incompetence

There is no -65377 stars for review. Webafrica is the most pathetic service you can possibly imagine. Think of ANC fixing potholes but *** time worst... You can not call yourself a service if there is none. My wife made sure everything from her side was sorted for the move. She works from home so common sense she needs internet. Her planning was perfect. 1st the issue was she needs to pay cancelation fee for what reason is still in question. We did not cancel the service we moved from houses. Now you make her pay 2 internet for the month. Then she got a mail she does not need too rica as it is done so she did not do it . Then following up days later oh no you must rica. So she did that and asked one of your useless agents is everything sorted now.. yes everything is sorted 3-5 days for delivery. Then followed up again after how many days oh no now she needs too pay courier fee after she asked is everything sorted, so she paid the fee out of frustration as she needs to work. Now again fighting with you guys oh no now you wait for payment to clear again 3-5 days then you send it. You are costing her allot of money with your useless pathetic service that she now needs to go too the office thats an hour away everyday because of your mess. This has been going back and forth for a month. Stop being money eager and train your damn staff. You are playing with lifes, income and affordability. So we will be waiting i guess another 3-5 days for a response from you guys. Utterly and truely pathetic !!!! This is your mistake and we are paying for it. Get proper management and training done
