Pathetic Non existent support

I was recently moved from BITCO to Webafrica as part of their FTTH purchase agreement . On moving my upload and download speed have literally halved. I have REPEATEDLY tried to get hold of a human at Webafrica but can never actually speak to someone in support ....You have to use the WhatsApp help which is absolutely no help at all .. Think very carefully when moving to Webafrica.... Their service is pathetic..... Totally non existent and I am moving on to another ISP.... I want to be released immediately from the 30 day notice...I work from home and this service is unacceptable......DONT CHOOSE WEBAFRICA....
