Pathetic, no way to contact them

Pathetic support if something goes wrong, the Whatsapp chatbot does not work, takes 3-5 days to come back to you and if you miss them when they do come back to you by 15 minutes, they cancel the ticket. When you do get through to them, it takes 10 - 15 minutes for them to respond to any message or reply you send through, a session can take up to 2 hours just to get them to fix something, like do a port reset due to the slow response time. Particularly rude support when you finally get hold of them.

I have been trying for 3 days to get my service cancelled but the only way to do this is through WhatsApp.
