Pathetic Lying to Customers openly WEBAFRICA

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Weve now for 2 solid days tried to get holed of WebAfrica. Every time promised call back yet nothing. So the agents are lying to customers.

The voicemail says open till 20h00 at night then cuts call saying thanks for calling at 17h00 already.

When you call and select Reception it says no agents cuts call.

How is this customer service. This is a company that LIES to their Customers.

I know have a Tammy, Dumisa, Wandile, Jay and Sibusiso. All lying to us. And these are just the names I spoke to not even my Wife.
