Pathetic LTE

I upgraded to LTE now the first few days (maybe 4) I got great speeds and everything went great, now I get 4mb/s if I am lucky. I mailed them and all they can say is change settings,O it is changed no we must wait for answer from Telkom. It is really pathetic service I can't believe someone has such bad service for clients that support them for years already.
