Pathetic, Lost organisation...

I placed an order for Fiber on 24 February 2020. The salesperson and website guarantee 14 days to install. Its now the 23rd March and they have no clue. I have called several times, they promise to escalate...to have asked for a brand manager to call, they offer for a brand manager to call...but nothing. Each call center agent says sorry I can only log a ticket and no you cannot talk to anybody. This company is lost, they are bumbling around with what appears no leadership around to take ownership for anything. They are simply very much below even South African standards. I suggest someone involved in the business takes an interest and services customers or just hand over the business to someone else worthy.
