Pathetic large unauthorised debit order

I am very upset as Webafrica as they debited R5750.00 from our account the day after we ordered the fibre service online without any work done or contact except for an email confirming that they will be in contact. The fact that the quotation on the order showed payable now was R0.00 and all of the sudden such a large amount got debited is outrageous and unacceptable.

We demand a full reimbur*****t of the funds and are not interested in dealing with them going forward.

This time of the year we all need to buy gifts and have a great festive season, but this just messes up your whole festive season.
