PATHETIC ISP!!! The worst I have ever encountered

After complaining on various platforms & calling in 16 times, still no cancellation of my orders! I cannot get another ISP to sort my fibre until you cancel the order!!! WHY IS THIS SO HAR FOR YOU??!!
