PATHETIC *********** ISP EVER WEBAFRICA

The worst order process, customer service and assistance I have never dealt with a slower ISP There has been no feedback on our order, they have breached their SLA of 21 days yet no one is able to provide me with any answers on where my router is why this is taking so long NOTHING

You cannot call them they only use whatsapp but it has got to be the worst response ever the agent do not even know how to assist as they take forever to chat - how is that faster WEBAFRICA?

I cannot even cancel my other contract with them because this is how pathetic they are when it comes to customer service
