PATHETIC ISP - DON'T EVEN BOTHER

Webafrica has too many issues. They cannot even complete a simple task of submitting an error report to Frogfoot. Then Webafrica has the audacity to put the blame of Frogfoot for their incompetence. We have been battling for 4 days to get ONE report submitted to Frogfoot. And Webafrica STILL COULD NOT SUBMIT the reports........

Zolani (from Webafrica) please get out of that coompany and find another ISP provider with a good reputation, like RSA Web, You are the person that will fit in perfectly with RSA Web. Webafrica won't last long.

ZOLANI VOKWANA spent 7 hours with me, not giving up, he was persistent in getting all the tests done and submit it to Frogfoot, unfortunately Webafrica's system was (as usual) faulty and the report was not submitted which caused more delays for my internet issues to be resolved.

We have had too many issues with Webafrica now and we will be moving to a new ISP.

The only people you can physically speak to is Webafrica's sales team, what does that tell you about their vision and lack of after sales service?
