Pathetic - invest in expanding your support team you stingy *******s!

These people have the worst “customer service”. Basically you have to contact them via a WhatsApp account, a bot tells you that a human will be in touch with you shortly. After almost 5 hours (I contacted them at 3pm) and multiple automated messages from them apologising because you just happened to contact them at a “busy time” (give me a break - every time is a busy time!) they then send me a message saying their operating hours end at 8pm. So that’s that - no human, essentially 5 hours of “call waiting”. What a joke - run people, run. Let’s find another ISP.
