Pathetic, Idiots, *******, Con artist, ****s, Clowns!!

The service is beyond PATHETIC. Every agent has a different story, I placed an order and advised I have my own ROUTER and yet I was debited with R249. Then the idiots advises me I will get a refund and then another idiot says I signed for a router and the best part is, I was not even home so how the **** did I sign for it. This Courtney chick is a complete idiot, asks stupid questions, takes an hour to respond and asks me if I want to cancel a service that has never been activated after I tell her numerous times cancel this ****ing service. Every agent of Web Africa are idiots, no way they can actually understand what you tell them. A bunch of clowns running the show. *******! You guys are breaching the consumer protection act.
