PATHETIC, HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

I have had the worst experience with these people. They do not value their customers. Their biggest red flag is not having a contact number to call but that whatsapp with useless agents that are lost. They are running me around, from 1 useless agent to that other. Day 2, unable to work because they suspended my account regardless of having the payment made. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I feel so stuck with these people, they dont even wanna release the line. I was chatting with their agent and waited 2 hrs for a response, which was "the team is overwhelmed, you will be responded to" AFTER 2 HRS of waiting. DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA under no circumstances. RUN AWAY.
