Pathetic Customer & Technical Services

We contacted the company 2 months ago indicating that range they have indicated on their pamphlet is not happening by us. We were supposed to have a range of 20m but in our backyard that is only 6m away from where the router has been installed, has no signal yet on the opposite side (across the street in my neighbours backyard) we have nearly full signal strength. We have contacted their call centre and registered this concern via WhatsApp (their preferred communication method) and were told a technician will contact us within 48 hours. We are still waiting for this technician.

Yesterday, just before supper time we had no connection. Indicating that we are connected but no internet. We had to wait until today (Monday 14 June) because there are no technicians available on Sundays and the services via WhatsApp were of no help.

We contacted them just after 8am but were on hold for 2 hours until we decided to hang up the phone, after we attempted to contact them via WhatsApp. We decided to contact the call centre again and finally got through just after 11am only to be told that a "technician" will contact us within 48hours.

We have never been late with a payment or skipped one only to be confronted with such poor services.
