Pathetic customer support to cancel my current service

I have been trying to cancel my service since 10:30 this morning. The customer zone states I need to chat to an agent on whatsapp, the agent says they cannot cancel the service I need to cancel on the customer zone.

I have spoken to 7 different agents today and still my service has not been cancelled. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP.
