PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Pathetic Customer Support!!!! I have logged numerous support tickets over the last few days with all the required information just to have the tickets closed immediately. And their so-called "Live Chat" is just as pathetic. The "live" support agent person got as far as asking for my account name and that was it - heard nothing further.

Really BAD ISP! Will be looking at switching in near future.
