Pathetic Customer Support and Service

I have joined this useless fibre provider in September 2021. So far I have been more off the internet than on. The WhatsApp service is also atrocious as you wait for a long time before someone responds to the chat. I have reported that the Zyxel Router that they provided cannot accommodate my standard ethernet LAN equipment such as Routers and Hubs, but they don't even bother to sort this issue out. This is the worst experience from any service provider that I have ever had!!!!!!!
