Pathetic Customer Support

I have always used webafrica and the fibre has been great. recently i have moved house as well as moving my fibre. on top of this i upgraded my speed from 25mb to 50mb. it has now been a week and after numerous attempts to contact them regarding my speed i am always left hanging. the support is the worst i have ever experienced. i am still on my old package, and not one person has been able to assist. i work for an ISP so i know how easy it is to change the users line profile/service profile. it is pathetic and yet don't pay at the end of the month and they cannot wait to disconnect your internet! I have always recommended them, but i have serious doubts!!
