Pathetic customer service, the worst ever do not sign up with them.

Their online support team is terrible and they are not knowledgeable about their products, they do not seem to know what they are doing. I was provided with terrible service from a Sthando Ntebe on 04.05.2023, I wanted to change my debit order date and that provided to be a challenge and I have still not had my date changed. If it is not their network always down and them taking forever to resolve there is always something else, you call their customer support and the consultants just hang up the phones on you. I would not recommend this horrible service provider to anyone. Do not waste your money. I have never experienced such pathetic customer service.
