Pathetic Customer service. No Answering . Waiting for hours to get help

I moved houses. Waited 5 days for Frogfoot to come install my router. They came but it took more than a week to install. And I literally had to begg.

I messaged Webafrica as I cant connect to the network but jave been holding on from 16:30-20:00 with NO HELP AT ALL.

It is the worst service I have ever had. It is no use to try contact them on Whatsapp or via app because you hold on for hours and hours with no help at all.
