Pathetic customer service

The worst experience I have ever had. Been trying to get Fibre for going on 2 months. It's absolutely ridiculous. They won't grant me an early release of an active line of a previous tenant.all the agents promise to get back and follow up but non of them do. They are putting my work in jeopardy but just doesn't seem to care.
