PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sitting without Internet since last night. I work from home and have been trying to reach them since 10 this morning. They are seriously PATHETIC customer service. I guess as long as I pay they couldn't care less whether I can't work or not! Seriously considering switching service providers. WEBAFRICA YOU ARE PATHETIC
