Pathetic Customer Service Delivery

Chatting to a bot is time wasting. I've been on several occasions on their WhatsApp support line and you have to wait for almost three hours for an agent. Their portal do not display live data. When you try to make a payment it takes you through the whole process for payment, but don't deduct the outstanding amount, because the portal display R0.00. This is the worse service ever received from a service provider.
