Pathetic customer service, ****************.

I Can't believe I am being billed for a service I haven't used the whole month. I was with Rain and I explained to the agent that I was currently with Rain and he told me that's it ok I can just active my subscription with webafica then only pay when I need it. I haven't used their their subscription the entire month, last night I paid R529 as per my agreement with them now I am being told I'll have to pay another R529 on the 1st!!! How is that even possible? How do I pay R529 for 2days😡This is ****************. Their agents are useless and their service is pathetic.
