Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic service. The whatsapp assistance is of no use at all. I have had no internet for 5 days now and there is no solution from Webafrica. I have tried to get a manager to call me back with no joy. There is no interest whatsoever in customer service. If you are looking for ISP, please do not choose Webafrica.
