Pathetic customer service

Since the day joining WebAfrica(2020)I've had worse customer service than Telkom.

Not even worth calling them because after 30mins of holding numerous times and listening to thee most irritating voices, they don't answer

But wait! Let us try the Whatsapp support line... EVEN MORE USELESS

IF you get response it is not within that day, MAYBE the next. Useless service provider, will be cancelling my fibre with them
