Pathetic Customer service

Reported a fault on their wifi on a Friday and no feedback 4 days later... the client must continuously follow up with the agents...all they do is update their ticket to a 3rd party for review and wait.. no direct contact with the 3rd party, so they will never know if the issue was even looked at.. Extremely frustrating for a client, terrible customer service.
