Pathetic Customer Service

Pathetic customer service. Pathetic installation service. Twice that they haven't pitched for installation. Engineers came to my house and have the audacity to ask my wife to buy them food and make them food but they couldn't even do the installation. Customer service has complete disregard for you as a customer. They'll give you robotic answers and wouldn't even get a manager to call me after asking numerous times. Trying to get this line installed since the 9th December and still no progress. Paid the registration fee but still no further. I regret signing up with this company.
