Pathetic customer service!!

It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a refund on vumatel through webafrica..I keep speaking to a robot and Noone is helpful at all..webafrica told me to take it up with vumatel directly..meanwhile other agents I spoke to confirmed my refund is in process.but up to this day they still asking for proof of payment..I really don't know what to do anymore..there is no customer service !!this is really sad..I have to beg for my own money and Noone has the decency to respond or even call me for updates..I paid on 1 may 2024 399 and till this day I'm begging!!
