Pathetic customer service and tells lies

Absolutely pathetic service. Took days to get in contact with agents, kept blaming Openserve for the delays. I eventually went with another ISP who could miraculously get Openserve to my house within 24hrs (WebAfrica got nowhere after over a month). Then when I called to cancel my order they claimed it was already cancelled because Openserve does not have coverage in my area - so not only can they not deliver their own lines BUT they will tell blatant lies rather than admit own fault. DO NOT USE
