Pathetic customer service

**** poor customer service. Their excuse for customer service is a bit that does not work. They have suspended my account for non payment yet they are the ones not deducting the money and their website states they are in process of debiting the account and I don’t have to do anything on my end. I manually made payment and now they telling me I just have to wait until my internet is reconnected. They have still not requested the funds from My bank it’s been over 5 hours
