Pathetic customer service

WebAfrica customer service is pathetic. Their consultant knows nothing, i was transferred from one department to the next. i later spoke to Mzi from technical while explaining my frustration to him begging for assistance he hang up the phone. My WIFI is not working now and it seems i paid money for nothing. Their WhatsAp is worse,
