Pathetic customer service

My goodness!!!! What is going on in this company. I have never in my life seen such horrible service in my life!!!! I am not sure if it still exists. The manner in which they deal with issues makes one wonder if this is a legitimate company. I am a month a a half and my router is still not working, you send a query using their whattssup no one responds. I want to please cancel, you can come and get your box and router, they have never worked and leave my bank account alone. Your router is still not working but you have the audacity to put through the debit order. I am tired and no more interested please.....You have created more problems for me than solve them.
