Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service, I have no connection for the pas 3 days... The whatsapp so called agents send me to different departments and than disconnect chats. The call centre is not operating after holding for an hr you get disconnected. No agents available on weekend, but they advertise that there is. I suggest all of us that complain about webafrica needs to lodge a complaint with ICASA because webafrica don't care about there customers even their review replies is automated!
