PATHETIC customer service

I have been trying for the past month and half to get my refund. I cancelled the service 2 hours after i paid the money and immediately contacted an agent who said she has submitted my request nd it will take 5-10 days. Ever since I have followed up multiple times and always lies. Some of the agents just even ignored my requests and questions. I have NEVER experienced such PATHETIC customer service. Hope one day I will get my money
