Pathetic customer service

I am regretting having joined this company for my Fibre needs.

Signed up under the false information and pretenses that their "R19 for the first month you go active" promo, is actually not a full month. Three days live, after paying R249 for delivery fees, 3 days pro -rata for September usage and BAM... R649 for October. To top it off the sales agent that I spoke to confidently assured me that the R19 is for a full month and that I would only be billed the full retail price from 1 November. Today that same agent simply says sorry theres nothing she can do, she was not aware. Id like to know how many other people they have ****med into joining while being mislead.
