Pathetic Customer Experience!!!!!

My fibre has been down from yesterday, I messaged the WhatsApp line and it is offline, I have called the call centre twice where I have been told to wait for a callback, I have also messaged the Facebook support and they are telling me the whole day to restart the router. There is no common courtesy from this company. I have requested to cancel and still no response, pathetic
