signed up to their service, the biggest promises, all lies. They have no after sales or customer service, pathetic, useless. They cut my service because according to them they could not access it, checked my account details and everything is captured, clicked a button and the debit went of in 10 seconds. Their Whatsapp service is soooooooo poor, was assigned to a Warren, who could not respond to a question of cancelations, took him literally 15 min to answer after I had bombarded him with queries. Sent a complaint email, was answered by another *********** fool, Augustin, who informed me that my ticket will be closed because the email address is not registered, yet I received correspondence on the email address a day before that my service is cut. So, here I am, looking at other service providers, I have never dealt with more inept people in my life, they cannot even process a debit order. People should definitely avoid them at all cost.
