Pathetic company

Absolutely terrible service. Webafrica double debited my account, and despite promising a refund, I’ve received nothing. This has been going on for weeks with zero accountability.

There is no contact number, and trying to get assistance through their chat is a nightmare — agents are unhelpful and refuse to escalate to a manager, always saying “no managers available.”

This company is quick to take your money but completely useless when it comes to fixing their own billing mistakes. No refund, no support, no accountability.

Avoid Webafrica unless you want to be double charged and ignored.
