Pathetic Client Service

Hi, a case was logged on Monday Fault#129724. To date there has not been anyone here. This is ridicilous? We work from home which means that you are causing us lot of problems. Tomorrow it will be a week that we have been without internet! Service has been a clown show between you and open serve.

You only have a call centre for sales, but conveniently not for client service. For after sales you only have a pathetic live chat system which makes you wait hours before being connected to someone who cant help you in anycase.
