Pathetic chatline , useless agents

I hve complaining abt speed issues , im currently on a 1000mbs line, i neva once received even 900 or 800 or 700 ... best i get is 370 mbs , i hve bn complaining from last dec these are the ref ***,***,***. We as customers hav to run diagnostic, we laymen wit limited computer knowledge, then u need to hve a laptop, to fault find , i was conned into paying R399 to come out to asses my speed , no show it bn 48hrs ... my last ref ***, im agn told 24 or 48hrs , evrytime u start a chat it a new agent , u hve to repeat wat u said yesterday or yhe day b4 or the day b4 that , and all u hear is its bn escalated , jus no customer satisfaction , noone can give u a answer, like they doin u a favour...
